ASSOCIATE TRAINING PROGRAM
At M Society Salon, our Associate Program is a hands-on, immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and a successful career behind the chair. Associates work side-by-side with a dedicated mentor, gaining real-world experience, confidence in technical skills, and the knowledge to deliver exceptional guest care.
This program follows a performance-based level system, providing a clear and achievable path for growth. Our goal is for every associate to graduate feeling confident, empowered, and ready to build a thriving career as a stylist.

Our Apprenticeship Program offers an exceptional alternative to traditional cosmetology school. Designed for aspiring stylists who are ready to immerse themselves in the salon environment, this program allows you to earn your license while training hands-on with our expert team.
At M Society Salon, apprentices gain real-world experience in a luxury setting—learning the artistry, professionalism, and guest experience standards that define our brand.
