CANCELLATION POLICY

 We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, to respect our stylists’ time and schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50-100% of the scheduled service total depending on specific stylist's policies and number of cancellations.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact your service provider or management within 7 days of your appointment. We’re happy to address any concerns during this grace period.

If an adjustment is needed, the original service provider will gladly make the necessary changes free of charge. However, if additional services beyond what was initially discussed are requested, additional charges may apply.

Please note that some service providers may have individual policies. We recommend confirming any specifics with your provider prior to your appointment.

 If you're not satisfied with any product purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value that better suits your needs. Any remaining credit may be applied toward a future retail purchase.

Hot tools may be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original packaging.

Please note: All service sales and hair extension purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

 We currently accept cash, all major credit cards, debit, and Venmo for your convenience.

Please note: A small processing fee may apply to credit or debit card transactions.

For the comfort and safety of all guests and service providers, we kindly ask that no pets be brought into the salon. While we love our furry friends, we must respect the needs and preferences of all our clients. (Service animals are, of course, welcome.)

Additionally, we ask that children under the legal driving age be accompanied by an adult at all times. Our salon features delicate décor and glass items, and we want to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
